Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account data: your email, name (optional), and a hashed password.
• Content you submit: prompts, the resulting comparisons, and any organization knowledge you or your admins add.
• Usage and security data: request metadata, approximate location derived from IP, and sign-in activity, used to enforce limits and protect against abuse.
• Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

We use your data to:

• operate the Service — running comparisons and returning results;
• enforce plan limits and prevent abuse or fraud;
• maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
• for team accounts, provide shared features (team history and organization knowledge) to members of your organization, subject to your admin's settings.

3. Third parties we share with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service, under their terms:

• AI model providers (via our model gateway) — your selected prompt is sent to the models you choose to generate responses.
• Hosting and database providers — to run the application and store your data.
• Bot-protection provider — to verify sign-ups are human.
• Email provider — to deliver transactional emails such as team invitations, if enabled.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data or your prompts, and we do not use them to train our own models.

5. Retention

We keep your comparisons and account data while your account is active. Free-tier history may be limited to a rolling window. You can delete individual comparisons, conversations, and knowledge entries at any time; deleting your account removes your associated data, subject to limited retention required for security or legal reasons.

6. Organization (team) data

If you use a team account, your administrator controls organization settings, including whether conversations contribute to a shared organization knowledge base and which conversations qualify. Shared knowledge is scoped to your organization and is not shared across organizations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise many of these directly in the app, or contact us at support@askquor.com.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
