Terms of Service

1. The service

Ask Quor lets you send one prompt to multiple third-party AI models, compare their answers side by side, and receive an AI-generated evaluation and synthesized answer. The Service orchestrates models operated by third parties; it does not train or operate the underlying models itself.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or redistribute the Service's outputs in a way that misrepresents them as independently verified fact;
• submit others' personal or confidential data without a lawful basis.

4. AI output — no guarantee of accuracy

Model responses, rubric scores, and synthesized answers are generated by AI and provided "as is." They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased, and agreement between models is not proof of correctness. Ask Quor does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it.

5. Plans, credits and billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans with higher limits. Where paid features are available, the plan, price, and included limits are shown at checkout. Usage limits reset daily. You may change or cancel a plan at any time; changes take effect as described at the time of the change.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them (including sending them to the selected model providers) solely to operate the Service. For team accounts, an administrator you belong to may configure shared features, including a shared organization knowledge base; do not submit content you are not authorized to share within your organization.

7. Third-party models and services

The Service relies on third-party model providers and infrastructure. Their availability, changes, and terms are outside our control, and a given model may be unavailable or changed at any time. Your prompts are transmitted to the providers of the models you select.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Ask Quor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
